The Music Department hosted the 2012 High School Honor Band Festival, bringing to the campus center auditorium stage a half dozen bands.
Students participated in rehearsals throughout the day with Dr. Donald Running, director of bands at BSU, along with guest clinician Timothy Robblee. Mr. Robblee is a gifted conductor of band music hailing from Northwestern University.
The evening concert included performances by the BSU Wind Ensemble and the honor band.
Participating were high schools from West Bridgewater, Hanover, Norwell, Scituate and Dedham, as well as Apponequet Regional High School. (Submitted)
