Thank you for your interest in Bridgewater State University. We ask that you review the following information before filling out the online request form for a Group Visit.
In order to coordinate with the necessary departments on campus and our tour guides, we require at least a three week notice for all group visits. If your group is smaller than ten people, it is possible to join the regularly scheduled tour time. Please be advised that we require one chaperone present for every ten students.
Due to our regularly scheduled tours, we do not have a set time for group visits. Rather, we try to schedule group visits around our tour guides' schedules while attempting to adhere to the times that you request. Depending on the size of the group, there are several tour options available for a visit. On the standard group tour we typically visit a room in the freshmen residence hall, academic buildings, the library, campus center, recreation centers, bookstore and at least one dining hall.
All groups are encouraged to highlight special interests on the request form, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Before the date of your visit, you should receive a confirmation and we ask for a simple reply back via e-mail or a phone call.
