Financial Aid

Financial Aid

Bridgewater’s Financial Aid Office is dedicated to helping students cover the costs of a college education. We’ll explore your options with you – including grants/waivers, loans and work programs – and provide you with the personal counseling and support you need as you assemble the necessary funding.

Your first step is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. For this, you’ll need Bridgewater’s Title IV Code (see Step 6 on the FAFSA), which is 002183.

The first step for undergraduates needing financial aid is to complete the FAFSA form, available online. Remember that you must reapply for financial aid each year!
In addition to the financial aid programs at Bridgewater, you have a variety of financing options including the BSU Payment Plan, federal loans and private loans.
Bridgewater is pleased to offer a number of merit scholarships – ranging from a $500 award to full coverage of tuition and fees – as well as more than 70 different institutional scholarships and awards.
