Dr. Shannon Lockard of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science gave a joint presentation with Dr. Jenny Shanahan, director of the Office of Undergraduate Research, on Inquiry-Based Learning entitled "Why Inquiry?" They discussed experiences and thoughts on using IBL in the clasroom. The presentation was sponsored by STREAMS (Student Retention Enhancement Across Mathematics and Science).
